Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: What is your return policy? A: If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our product you have 7 days after delivery to contact us at camelot123@cox.net notifying us of your intention to return your item, item must be return with tracking information such as delivery confirmation. Buyer assumes all return shipping cost.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged? A: If your item arrives damaged or not working contact us immediately at camlot123@cox.net we will then email you a claims form to be filled out and mailed back to us at Camelot Gift Shop, 1201 Dragon Lane, Chesapeake Va 23323. Once we have received the signed claims form you will be reimbursed for your item, including shipping.
